Analyze and propose to improve recruitment to optimize the process.- Report on recruitment plan and strategy- Organize interviews, test and evaluate the capacity of candidates in detail, then synthesize and report to managers to make a fairer and more effective choice.- Cooperate with employers - leader to discuss and make competency requirements for prospective employees.- Build, contribute, and measure results through surveying the candidate&039;s experience.- Recruiters are responsible for contacting and meeting face-to-face with potential candidates, screening applications and assisting interviewers.- Receiving, guiding and assigning work to candidates during the internship at the company.- Maintain and develop a database of potential candidates.- Responsible for full circle recruitment and relative issues arising.30% Employee Branding:- Create content to post in social media: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, company website,...- Create inspiring and engaging experience for a young, bold group of employees- Plan and organize internal events, according to the annual plan, including but not limited to: New Year Party, Christmas, Women’s day, Annual Anniversary celebration, skills and casual contests, etc.
