 Responsible for Huu Toan overall sales & marketing strategies and operations. Responsible for market intelligence and research activities. Responsible for product portfolio's health track and development. Responsible for developing and tracking Huu Toan business policies and procedures. Responsible for the annual revenue and profit of Huu Toan branded products. Managing & building Huu Toan sales units in both domestic and international markets. Reporting to Huu Toan CEO.

 Handling P&G Vietnam Trial Programs for all brands / all channels (e.g Wet markets, MR stores, Traditional grocery stores, Bike-wash shops, Hospitals, Milk-Baby stores, etc.) Developing and executing BTL brand-building on-stage events. Developing and executing brand operation plans for product launches (e.g. Ariel/Tide/H&S/Pantene new variants) with offline and online execution. Managing assigned marketing budgets. Coordinating compliance and internal control for Vietnam marketing team. Liaising with external partners to create co-marketing plans (e.g. Nestle Cafe Viet, Citibank, HSBC, etc.)  Reporting to P&G Vietnam Brand Manager.
