I am in charge of all the Public communication activities as well as International Relations of the Group. Specially, I also work as an Innovation Director - a very unique and new position in the organization to be in charge of designing new business models including retailing and distribution systems, production projects as well as franchising and cafe chains.

My team sometimes could include PR manager, publications manager, event manager and website manager, graphic designers, website designers and copywriters.I also have to work with external suppliers, including research firms, public relations consultancies, event management companies, digital marketing agencies and communications consultancies; select the agency, allocates a budget for the projects it will work on, and liaises with agency executives to develop and monitor communications programs.I am also in charge of planning all communications activities and the budget. The budget covers the salaries, benefits and overhead of the team, as well as the costs of producing communications materials, such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, event collateral and website content. If the organization hires external agencies such as public relations consultancies, the budget also covers agency fees and any direct production costs. Communications budgets typically cover a year, with a quarterly breakdown that reflects the level of activity in each quarter. I am responsible for creating KPIs to monitor and measure activities.
