- ERP system administration (Vietnam branch)- Create user accounts, set up permission for all users, groups- Guide and train users using the ERP system- Support users to handle problems that arise- Contact and discuss with Chinese colleagues and ERP company to fix problems that arise

- Make purchase order, submit to manager, send the purchase order to the supplier- Follow the delivery schedule, send arrival notice to the manager and related departments- Receive shipping documents, prepare customs documents and send forwarder company- Follow payment schedule, prepare payment documents and send Finance Department to make payment on time- Update and send purchase report, inventory report- Contact suppliers to handle problems that arise

- Search suppliers, get quotations, make comparison tables, submit to manager- Send purchase order to supplier, follow purchase order and delivery schedule- Send arrival notice to related departments- Contact suppliers to solve the problems arise- Make reports and send managers

- Greeting customers and offering assistance- Advising and assisting customers- Answering questions and addressing concerns- Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies- Demonstrating how products work - Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases- Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves

- Search information on the internet and copy it into Excel- Search some website and leave a comment on it- Type data, copy and paste data- Convert data from PDF to word/excel- Upload image/content to blog/web- Edit the photo in Photoshop
