- Manage a financial group (from 0 to 3,6K in 6 months ) and bring leads to the company (15 leads per month)- Conduct market research, and identify target customers to develop a reasonable strategy in line with market trends and the Company's products/services.- Responsible for working with marketing departments on content and posting to the company's social media channels: facebook page, Linkedin, Zalo, Instagram, Youtube, and website.- Promote company image on the Internet and Social Media. Manage the Company's social networking sites and develop groups to introduce and increase interaction with users.- Communicate and interact with target customers on social media channels daily.- Make periodic reports to superiors on the effectiveness of social channels.- Update and apply new knowledge and trends in social media marketing to improve work efficiency.

• Conduct market research to find answers about customers' requirements, habits, and trends.• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. • Design the images and make the videos of the products to post on social media as well as make a content plan for these images and videos.
