- Promoting & Selling cement for construction projects (Product & System & Service), focusing on volume and profitability targets for assigned Segment.- Establishing and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, early engagement and timely response.- Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews, update from time to time and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.Proactively engage with Sales manager on sales plan discussion and update.- Creating added value for the customer and Insee and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with Insee offering and strategy (payments, rebates,...).

- Responsible for Sales of electrical industry.- Sep up relationship with customer to get related enquires for assigned products.- Analysis principal & competitors’ information v/v customer’s requirements and suggest sales proposal to Sales manager for biding, quotation.- Technical Presentations.- Co-ordinate with sales support team and to check and review bid proposal & quotation for technical & commercial parts.- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.- After sales, cooperate with sales support & accounting team to:+ Check delivery status.+ Speed up the payment from customer.+ Be coordinator/ contact point with customer to solve any problems to avoid LD, LP & technical issues.- Do market research and create a database for assigned products.- Helping in the design of custom-made products.- Achieve or exceed the annual budgets.
