● In HR department:- Participate in the entire recruitment process: Searching and selecting proper candidates, interviewing, negotiating and issuing offers, supporting and accompanying throughout the process of getting a job & working at the company at middle levels – senior: Java Backend, Frontend, Techlead, SA, BrSE, Tester support positions.- Building and developing Dr.JOY's recruitment brand through various channels: Facebook, Linkedin, Skype..● Other duties:- Collaborate with HR Managers to research and develop welfare policies to improve the working environment, increase employee satisfaction, and at the same time attract quality external human resources.- Update more information from the labor law, draft and propose amendments and supplements to documents related to labor relations.- Planning to build and deploy internal cultural activities, connecting people.- Manage HR team (including 1 administrator, 1 IT recruiter, 1 IC)- Be in charge of company document notarization, expatriate compliance papers: Visa application & extension for all expatriate staffs; apply for work permit, apply for resident card if applicable
