Building and maintaining relationships with customers:- Interact regularly with customers to ensure they get the most value from the ERP & CRM product- Listen to customer feedback and communicate it back to relevant departments to improve the productPost-deployment support and training:- Post-deployment support to ensure user experience and optimize system features- Provide training courses and instructional materials to help customers use the product effectivelyProblem Solving and Technical Support:- Assist customers in handling technical issues or any product-related queries- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

- Participating in the management and operational activities of the Board of Directors.- Building processes such as sales processes, procedures for working with suppliers, accounting, human resources, production, etc.- Documenting policies, documents, and forms in the initial stages like employee politics, order forms, payment requests, purchase proposals, etc.- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, results, and issues to the Board of Directors and relevant parties.- Processing and recording orders, invoices, and payments while addressing and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.

- Assisting in teaching various subjects such as Business Requirement Techniques, Management Studies, etc.- Reviewing group assignments for assigned groups and documenting the review results. Responsible for overseeing 5 - 10 student groups.- Supporting teams in executing group projects under the guidance of the instructor, answering queries, and prompting discussions.- Reminding the teaching assistant groups I oversee to ensure project progress. Reporting on the status of these groups to the instrucor.

- Domain Medical - Work with Design on UI design and screen simulation via wireframe.- Describing customer requirements to the technical team by writing user stories/diagrams, processes (DFD & ERD), and creating analyst design documents with UML tools.- Collaborating with Testers to identify bugs/issues.- Assisting in project management, planning, and workload determination.- Compiling software usage guides, organizing instructions, supporting customers to use the product, and troubleshooting when issues arise.- Eliciting requirements through surveys and customer interviews.- Leading Scrum meetings: planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, management skills, and prioritization for backlog
