- Primary Responsibilities:­ + Make SGS be strong business in the country (market penetration, customer impact, quality, innovation, operational excellence and people).­ + Achieve P&L target agreed upon with Managing Director and Regional Business Head.­ + Achieve continuous profitable sales growth through active marketing and superior customer relationships and innovative services.­ + Manage, Coach and Develop local key people.- Specific Responsibilities:­ + Manage performance/P&L of local business unit.­ + Run all aspects of the business (marketing, sales, technical and execution).­ + Develop action plans to achieve medium-term targets and deliver the budget.­ + Implement business/country strategies.­ + Implement necessary processes for adequate and consistent quality of execution and meeting HSE requirements (in line with business processes and group targets).­ + Instruct and supervise staff in Testing-Inspection-Certification methods, procedures and technical requirements­ + Leverage best practice in the business­ + Control all direct costs and improve continuously productivity achieving documented Key Performance Indicators and Productivity targets­ + Develop and implement new business ideas­ + Optimize the operational network and the organization as required­ + Coach develop, evaluate coordinators or section managers­ + In the absence of Manager, Coordinator (or Administrator) is deputized to instruct and supervise inspectors/assessors in inspection methods, procedures and technical requirements.- Unit under control:­ + Project Services.­ + Supply Chain Services.­ + Construction Material Testing Laboratory.­ + Technical Staffing Service.

­- Responsibility for ensuring that the quality system is properly implemented and maintained. ­- Ensure suitable resources are available in order to deliver the scope of activities­- Ensure effective utilization, control and direction of technical staff;­- Assist the Top Manager in various areas such as support project management, preparing & evaluating bidding proposal, contracting negotiation, supervise all contractors, etc., with the objective of ensuring successful projects as scheduled in cost effective and safe manner;­- Direct coordinate, supervise all contractors as well as manage Package Coordinators to implement project work in good quality and timely manner;­- To manage Site Group in carrying out a safe and efficient works;­- Implement personnel management of group staff members and optimize group resources during project life cycle;­- Supervise and control the teams’ performance to ensure Project’s goals are achieved;
