In the meantime I worked at HSC, I was in charge of multiple tasks with main duties on:- Perform full cycle of payroll calculation from timesheet, payroll data consolidate, payroll reports, salary payment.- Perform the PIT processes in the company: finalization, reports, payment, guide employees on their concerns.- Perform full cycle of annual health check program on screening and vendor selection, implementation, reports and evaluation.- Participate in compensation & benefits survey with Tower Watson, Robert Walters, Hays.- Be responsible for building and updating HR system with vendor, be in charge of managing employees’ data and guide new employees for their use.- Be responsible for building policies, processes of compensation and benefits and guidance for HR services then implementation to employees.- Manage the employment contracts, service contracts includes contract extension, contract evaluation, issuing contracts based on legal advices.- Work with vendors on dealing parking place for employees and accommodation for expatriate employees.Besides, I also assisted my line manager in:- Restructure salary, bonus scheme, in ESOP activities; - Planning the headcount budget for salary and benefits; - Renewal the extra insurance programs for employees and their dependants with competitive policy in the market
