Project Procurement Manager
- Prepare and control procurement / sourcing plan for project.
- Regular supplier performance evaluation through database provided in working place
- Management all procurement/ sourcing activities as: Requisition for Quotation, Technical Bid Evaluation and Commercial Bid Evaluation of Suppliers/Vendors.
- Negotiate and control contracts, organize the implementation and ensure delivery in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Owner, Contractors, and Vendors, personnel in other departments to supervise and manage purchasing progress.
- Management and Control the evaluating, selecting and Coordinating with Forwarder to do Custom clearance and Logistics: Import and transport equipment & material for project work
