Cambodia

• To report to Local Management and functionally to the REG OMC.
• Reporting Entity Activities Flash (report to MD), to reconcile GM with Pegasus,SUN and Info center.
• KPI/Analysis report to REG OMC and using information from Dashboard andother sources for management reporting with concise constructive comments,quantifying reason, root cause, corrective actions and timeline for.
• Yearly budget preparation which working with local MD / FM / OM and REGmanagement level and upload into our system on Intranet.
• Local management reporting for internal control
• Prepare Info center analysis report as requested.

Cambodia

• Control the accounting system for Bollore branch in Myanmar (AR/AP filling docs and booking into system (SUN system on Citrix Web); Months end closing etc.)
• Control the expense original document and select the correct chart account to booking in to SUN system for our branch in Seim Reap.
• Control AR/AP settlement for our Group in Asia Pacific by Netting system (Internet basic) and booking in to SUN after received the final balance.
• Control AP and do the daily payment voucher and booking into system(SUN)
• Also, assist to checking in weekly basic with AR/Credit Controller for the update status aging outstanding balance and submit to MD and FM.
• Monthly cash flow and make discussion with FM

Cambodia

• Prepare Financial Report to CEO
• Update AP & AR Aged Report on Weekly basis and send to CEO and CFO
• Contact Suppliers for obtain the quotations and orders both local and overseas
• Inform CFO for any new products need to create a new item codes
• Coordinate with the Broker and Government officers for Clearance process
• Prepare clearance document where applicable
