- Led the ITRA audit team in the planning, execution and completion of IT audit engagements for various companies in relation to the Financial Statements (FS) audit and managed clients’ expectations;- Review business processes and the associated controls of critical business systems supporting various key business processes in a number of industries, such as controls/ processes pertaining to medical service revenue, third-party carrier’s payment, gambling revenue, procurement, inventory management, payroll calculation & expense reconciliation, etc.;- Performed as key consultant of many IT system implementation projects. I performed to collect and analyze user requirements, develop the functional and technical design for systems, develop, test and implement the systems. - Performed to understand the IT systems of clients (ERP, Core Banking system) and business processes supported by the systems, and propose enhance efficiency solutions based on client business requirements in order to customize the system to suit each type of enterprise on various industries as banking, securities, manufacturing, oil & gas and retail. - Performed as consultant role in internal audit project for a foreign company in Vietnam, to identify risk points and associated controls on the process workflow and verify whether the controls have been established and operated, provide the recommendation for improvement.- Involved in IT internal controls assessment for the “ERM and Internal Control” project at one Securities Company. He has responsibility in identifying risk points and associated controls on the process workflow and verifying whether the controls have been established and operated.- Developed and prepared materials for the IT Audit workshop including IT risk management function, IT control framework, IT internal audit functions;- Acted as instructor in one IT internal training for a big insurance company in Vietnam

• After many years working in S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd as a Developer, I gained many experiences in deployment, maintenance and development of new request for more than 50 clients in wide range of industries who have been using Smart Books Accounting Software in all of three versions;• I also have deep knowledge in working on ACCESS (Version 1), VB.NET (Version 2 and 3), and components like: Infragistics, Janus, SQL Server 2000, Crystal Report. • Especially from year 2009 to present I also joined in deployment, maintenance and development a Human Resource Management Software which was transferred and deployed to many clients and actually very helpful to them in increasing efficiency of HR management, save their time and minimize mistake in time-keeping control, salary calculation. Because it is a new product in our company therefore, just more than 10 clients were deployed.• Out of above jobs, I also support to IT team to manage company server and network system.• Because S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd is not only render accounting software, human resource management software, but it’s also major in auditing service, book-keeping services… Therefore, after many years working with them I’ve got much knowledge and understand in accounting policies, accounting treatments and regulations also
