HR work- Manpower allocation & structure for the Automotive Business Division.- Recruitment and training of personnel.- Develop KPIs for employees of the Division.- Periodically evaluate and re-orient activities for the Business Division and for each employee.

- Develop and organize the implementation of vehicle business plan, spare parts service business according to standards and requirements from Honda Vietnam (HVN).- Develop and organize the implementation of business plans for added value chains such as insurance, banking, vehicle registration, accessories, and car care.- Take responsibility before the Investor for market forecasting and business target development; sales solutions for each product line in the market and feedback information to the Investor and HVN.- Managing business activities, vehicle marketing and spare parts service business, ensuring the completion of targets and requirements from HVN.- Directly direct and operate operations at the Showroom such as Human Resources Administration, Finance and Accounting, Customer Care, Marketing.- Building a business management system at the showroom such as operating procedures, regulations, operational KPIs for departments/individuals.- Responsible for building and implementing a reporting system for HVN and the Group's Labor Department;- Establishing relationships with localities, departments and partners.- Act as the focal point to build relationships and work with HVN car company.

- Responsible for operating the business operation of the branch and area under the direction of the Corporation in two areas of vehicle trading & service business.- Develop sales and marketing strategies for KIA, MAZDA and PEUGEOT vehicle brands.- Planning, implementing sales and marketing activities to affiliated branches / Agents.- Recruitment train business management team, travel car sales consultant.- Building management system to improve the operational capacity of the relevant departments.- Develop a set of criteria for passenger car showroom standards according to the standards of global car manufacturers, applied in Vietnam market.- Operating the Mazda brand nationwide through operations under the value chain from foreign ordering, manufacturing, assembling and distributing Mazda cars in Vietnam.
