Quality Assurance Executive
Current- Undertake the legal work of products, create content in label, check and approve layout as well as label from producer- Lead the work of controlling storage conditions of company warehouses and distributor warehouses through weekly checklists and Tracking system as well as Tracking application - Organise training workshop for sales department all over the country (Northen, central adn Southern regions) - Creating training material (videos, templates,..), design brochures and handbooks for internal workshop "Milk from farm to home"- Control strickly all of quality issues throughout the process from incoming, storing, deliverying to distributor & supermarket and then customer- Inform and work with producer in Germany promptly about the goods issues to investigate and give the corrective action as well as decision for sale- Create product declaration for all SKUs and supplement documents if any changes- Create the exam of Food Safety & train for all related persons and update Certificates from producer- Control strickly truck & warehouse about hygiene & equipment conditions- Create requirements and handling process with product
