- Responsible for full cycle of mass recruitment process for Sales Department- Conduct efficient website and recruitment source searches: TopCV, Career Viet, Cho Tot,Vieclam24h, Facebook, LinkedIn...- Support sourcing qualified candidates such as Sales Supervisor, Customer Care, TA Agent,...- Build a candidate pool and proactively manage database (HR document, employmentcontracts, commitment,...)- Carry out onboarding activities: send offer letter, check document and arrange training- Perform other related duties as required

- Directly support all activities of full-cycle recruitment process for both non-technical andtechnical positions- Monitor and follow-up intern recruitment needs (all functions)- Sourcing and build up candidates database- Plan and organize Employer Branding activities (Career Fair, Job Fair, Company Tour,...) or HRinternal events (Happy Hour, Women’s Day,...)- Collaborate with EB team to participate in the recruitment marketing campaign- Support on-boarding/off-boarding processes- Other administrative requirements from team

- Post job vacancies on social media platforms.- Search profiles on LinkedIn or other platforms for the target positions.- Screen candidates’ CVs, profiles, and applications.- Arrange interviews within schedule, interview and proceed qualified applications to team leader.- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

- Take care and support candidates who come to interview and accept jobs for technical- Search for candidates on Recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vietnamworks,...- Organize and support to run internal events in company (Birthday Party, Workshops by HRdepartment,...)- Responsible for other HR administrative tasks
