- Plan and follow up new project: opening 3 stores ( Di An in July, My Tho in October, Ha Noi in January)- Plan and develop merchandise stragetries, manage assortment (over than 6,000 permanent SKUs)- Analyze sale figures, customers reactions and market trend to anticipate product needs and plan product range/stock- Collaborate with suppliers, distributors to negotiate price, quantity, quantity, production time- Monitor stock movement, promotion, price changes- Support store in display to maximize productivity on shelves and make customers interested- Work with store, marketing, logistic to enhance efficiency of procedure and improve sale performance

- Analyze category development, making sales - profit report.- Set up layout for new stores, review & analyze layout for existing stores.- Building new concepts, merchandising for Nonfood categories.- Optimize store space to follow business plan & meet customer behavior.- Manage Plano team.

- Cooperate with Buyers to manage planogram, product assortment.- Work with Buyer & Director to review planogram & category review.- Research & define market trend & customer behavior to propose new layout concept.- Work with Buyer & Design team to create special concepts in store.- Follow up & reinforce concept's design to be good organization and visibility.
