- In charge of the retail channel through dealers and showrooms of distributor in the South.- Propose and set targets for dealer system of distributor in order to achieve the company's general sales.- Collect and updated information from market, competitors than base on these information, consultant and propose distributor to establish sales policies for dealers, retail price, implement sales programs.- Collect monthly sales data, business status of dealer system than report to General Manager.- Support dealers in displaying products, sales consultants, training employees.- Look for potential stores and propose to establish new dealers from them.- Look for customers then support dealers selling.- Coordinate with the Marketing department, propose and track distributor to implement promotions, advertising, sales plans and sales support for dealer system.
