• Be CEO of project company: responsible for financial statement and daily operation activity.

• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for financial statement.
• Build up detailed financial model to evaluate the company's performance under different scenarios, and analyze the impact of different capital structure on the corporate value for calling investment cooperation.
• Doing business valuation, prepare resources for market sounding.
• Connect with investor to raise fund for investment activities. Suggest solution and review plan for business cooperation: forms of JV, action plan, tax issue, ownership rate, legal, finance, human power.
• Lead the team for doing due diligence as partner’s requirement in aspect of: finance, tax, legal, commerce, corporate governance, third party….

Dong Nai Province

• Responsibilities:
• Treasury: ensure liquidity for whole Group.
• Fundraising: meet short term fund for operation activity and long term fund for investment activity.
• Forex trading: using hedging instrument to save financial cost by cross currency swap.
• Budgeting: Build up budget, follow up to identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results through performance tracking.
• Restructuring company: Restructure whole company in all aspects: core business, human, finance, investment
