Responsible for setting up the department, taking care of the relationship between the bank and other foreign financial institutions and development financial institutions whilst at the same time creating a professional, helpful and customer friendly environment for staff to work in.• Set up and expand the relationship network with foreign financial institutions (FIs) and development financial institutions (DFIs),• Increase two-way credit limit between the bank and other foreign bank partners,• Set up and manage the database of foreign bank partners including legal documents, financial and non-financial data, agreements, offer on services/products, call reports….,• Direct and monitor the approach and sales of products/services of/for foreign financial institutions (Treasury, Trade and Cash, Structured Financed ...),• Introduce and implement UPAS LCs, Tradeloan, Forfeiting and Structure Finance products using funds from foreign banks,• Direct and supervise the utilization of the limits granted by foreign financial institutions to maximize the benefit of SHB (raising capital, confirmed L/C, discount, guarantee ...),• Coordinate with other business units throughout the system to implement and utilize products/services offered to/by foreign financial institutions,ACHIEVEMENTS• Build up foreign financial institutions department, bringing the name of SHB to international banking market,• Expand correspondent network, from nearly 300 banks in 2014 to more than 450 banks globally end of 2016,• Increase number of bank partners having credit relationship with the bank. Growth of bank partners is 200% and 173% respectively in 2015 and 2016 in comparison with 2014, • Increase amount of credit limit granted by partners, growth rate of 264% and 170% respectively• Introduce and implement new products/services such as UPAS, Tradeloan, Structured Finance, forfeiting….making SHB number one amongst private local banks in terms of UPAS volume

• Sales and portfolio management of FI clients with regards to products/services in Trade Finance, Market, Cash, clearing….• Manage overall relationship between FI clients in portfolio, • Support business units internally in negotiating with foreign FIs, solving problems if any during operations,• Supervise the operations of Import and Export transaction and international payment activities for the whole bank,• Manage overseas remittance activities including implementing and daily operations, • Conduct trainings for all branches on PCM and overseas remittance products
