"I'm Phaneendra, a dedicated professional with a unique journey that blends technology and education. I began my career as a technocrat, but my passion to bring up positive change in education led me to accept the transition into an educationalist.My achievements include receiving the 'Best startup eco-system enabler' award from Atal Incubation Center at Srikrishna Devaraya University in Andhra Pradesh, and was recognized as an 'Exemplary Teacher of Change' by Atal Innovation Mission, a part of NITI Aayog under the Government of India.With over a decade of experience in education, I have specialized in problem-solving skills and Design thinking. Currently, I am dedicated to guiding students in IIT foundation Mathematics up to the 10th grade in sankalp Institutions, Kadapa.In addition to this, I am currently working as a mentor for Atal Tinkering Labs at Nagarjuna Model School, where my prime focus is on spreading the culture of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills among young minds.I firmly believe that nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in young minds is pivotal to their future success.
