Hi, this is Amy, learning by doing is the first priority. I am an IT graduate and I always stay organized and dependable in every task I am responsible for. Moreover, I always try to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I would also love to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. Currently I am I am working as an IT administrative intern at Prudent Plan Management - an NDIS plan manager. I have got to learn a lot about clouding technologies and some of them include Firewall, Microsoft Azure, VPN. Moreover, I also got a chance to gain more knowledge on Data Management through various projects.Top 3 skills that I have gained during working and learning at the company are included in the followings:Data Modelling and Design (DTAN) – Level 3: Assisting organisations in understanding their information assets, establishing software systems, and real-world entity relationships, data engineering, integration, and compatibility, data retrieving, data management, and master data management. Application Support (ASUP) – Level 3To gain this level of application support, an individual needs to have a closer look to the business activity, investigate the issue, implement practices or solutions for further development. At the same time, that person needs to monitor, support in training for new users and be responsible for software maintenance. Threat intelligence (THIN) – Level 3To be successful at this skill level, an individual has to have routine threat intelligence gathering procedures performed, transforming collected data into a data format used for operational security actions, cleaning and transforming quantitative data into standardised representations.I can say that I am a fast learner, hard working, focused, detail oriented and I believe I can give my best to benefit the company. I am seeking a job of any entry level like Network Administrator or any related one like Service Desk Analyst to improve my profession.
