1.Initial processing and reviewing of Tender Documents to determine the scope of work and document check list. 2.Reviewing the tender documents, technical specifications & condition of contracts. 3.Study tender documents, preparing tender queries. 4.Sending enquiries to vendors to get the quotation of major items as per schedule and specification. 5.Quantity take‐off from the drawings according to the project BOQ. 6.Reviewing the vendors quotation are complying 100% with the specification and is in line with country of origin Payment terms, delivery at site, applicable discount etc. 7.Reviewing the engineering/design changes & resolving quality related problems associated with design. 8.Preparation of costing sheet after verifying the quantities and material clarification with suppliers. 9.Prepare a costing & PC Brief for the works, highlighting the value of all equipment / material. 10.Preparation of value engineering as per client requirement, & final contract BOQ.11.Assist in the receipt and review of Mechanical material submittals.
