Reporting to the Managing Director, recruited to manage the implementation and smooth running of their Internet Trading Platform (Stock Broking), Oversee all the IT functions including the data center management , vendor relationships, technical support and disaster recovery planning. Manage and direct activities of 10+ staff. Challenged to improve productivity and reduce costs through improved use of technology. Collaborated with different departments to document process and system workflows. Used virtualization / cloud techniques for hardware consolidation. Implemented IT processes of Change Management, Incident Management , Process Documentation etc and continuous training program to the IT department.
