I oversee entire functions of 100+ Children Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) providers, managing medical record and information meeting contract requirements for quality care and proper access. I develop and implement plan objectives and corrective action to enhance quality of services. I collaborate with all teams to supervise child-specific community-based providers. Designed and supervised (GH)2, a five-year CSAP/SAMSHA Minority Initiative Grant focused on avoiding and decreasing substance use and HIV/STD risks in youth. I collaborated with partner agency and additional community groups to launch (GH)2 Project. I directed four program staff and MSW graduate interns. I led adolescent prevention educational groups in schools and community settings. I organized and facilitated project-related sessions including preparing agendas and printed collateral. Arranged required reports meet grant requirements.
