I have over 20 years of IT Software Quality Assurance experience, in which nine years are in telecom enterprise and residential sales. I am certified in ITIL, ISTQB Foundation, and ASTQB Certified Agile Tester.I have expertise in designing test strategy, estimation, defect management, and quality standards for various types of testing, such as system, integration, functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. I have also identified and implemented automation of APIs using Behavior Driven Development with Python, and built frameworks for front-end and API using Selenium, Postman, and SoaTest. I have worked with white box testing for Java and Salesforce applications, and coordinated and communicated with different scrum teams, business analysts, and product owners. My mission is to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
