As the senior most technical member, I was the owner of technical discipline, code reviews, testing coverage and any major market issues that cropped up during the normal day-to-day operation of the platform.-Identified opportunities for cost reduction. Some of the important cost saving areas were merging of two Cassandra clusters, leading to better utilization of resources and saving of $120K yearly.-Another area of improvement was identifying that Cassandra node throttled by bandwidth and IOPS of EBS volume. And then migrated the nodes from c5.4xlarge to i3.2xlarge which improved the performance and also per node cost got reduced by 30%.-Play the role of Scrum Master and follow Agile/Scrum methodology for development in sprints.-Demonstrated strong leadership in overseeing cross-platform projects, fostering successful coordination and collaboration among diverse teams.
