Establishing stability team and performing pre-formal and formal stability studies planning and execution for PCS batches. Stability data trending and identifying the degradation pathway of the molecules. Planning and execution of different process related and stress studies (tubing compatibility, freeze thaw, heat stress, pH stress and photo stability) with the good documentation practice. Regulatory supporting data generation for the submissions at all stages of development. Trending of stability data to identify the degradation pathway of the molecules. Identifying gaps in the methods and the system to correct and to minimize the errors. Implementation of trending and six sigma tools for proper team managements.

Worked in GMP area with good quality systems and had hands on experience on method development, qualification, validation and analytical method transfer. Got good exposure on preparation of SOPs, STPs, specifications and protocols. Here with the added responsibilities to execute methods to monitoring the production process. Maintenance of HPLC/UPLC section and management of Empower data and audit trials with proper documentation system.

Worked in analytical support team to process development and QC with good exposure on all the analytical techniques and quality systems in GMP. Here I had the experience on basic protein estimation methods like: OD at 280nm, Lowry and Bradford. Electrophoresis techniques like: SDS-PAGE (reducing, non-reducing), Native PAGE and Isoelectric focusing, Western Blotting, Peptide mapping, SEC and RP-HPLC. I had good handling refolding studies and Free PEG, PEG interference and PEG reaction studies.
