Mr. Phanindra Adhikari is a trainer, consultant, IT expert, training manual developer based in Nepal. He received his postgraduate diploma in counseling psychology and Master’s degree in political science from Tribhuvan University. He is certified as a TOT trainer on Psychosocial counseling by National Health Training Centre, Ministry of health and population. He has a two decade long experience in project management, project designing, planning & implementation, capacity building, monitoring & evaluation, research, administration. He has a decade long experience in developing manuals and books in psychosocial counseling, Psychological first aid manual focusing on Gender based violence, Psychosocial, Mental health, FCHV . He also has a good experience in working on student counseling and classroom based activity, gender issues, and case management focusing on mental health, Psychosocial, child mental health, GBV, GESI, and other types of violence’s.
