Current• Design, Development & Lab Testing: Contributed to the development of a new burner product through design improvements and simulations/prototype testing. Redesigned (using SolidWorks) and installed a replacement section for a previously damaged test furnace, enhancing its functionality for burner performance evaluation.• Application Testing: Conducted extensive testing on both gas burners and the new RF biofuel burner, including parametric analysis, fuel sample testing, time-steady-state testing, and cycle testing.• Hands-on Skills Development: Gained practical experience through test setups, burner modifications, welded air tube fabrication, and in-house burner technician certification.• Sustainability Focus: Explored the use and effects of biofuels and biofuel blends in burner operation
