1.Assist site management in implementing company HSE Management System and project specific HSE Plan. 2.Carry out HSE inspection of Work Area, Work Method, Men, Machine & Materials, P&M and other tools and tackles. 3.Creating HSE awareness through Pep Talk.4. Co-ordinate Project Manager/RM & Committee members in Group Risk Assessment & legal register preparation & its periodic review / updation and ensure the participation of worker representative5. Conduct investigation of all near miss cases / LTI / Fatal / dangerous occurrences & recommend appropriate corrective measures.6. Convene HSE Committee meeting & minute the proceedings for circulation & follow-up action. 7.Advice & co-ordinate for implementation of Work Permit Systems. 8.Plan procurement of PPE & safety devices and inspect before use as per laid down norms. 9.Report to HSEM on all matters pertaining to status of HSE and promotional programme at site level. 10.Facilitate screening of workmen and conduct HSE induction. 11.Monitor administration of First Aid. Conduct Fire Drill, Procure, inspect and arrange to maintain Fire Extinguishers. In the event of an emergency, coordinate with client and implement emergency evacuation plan as agreed. 12.Organise campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programmes to promote HSE in the workplace. 13.Register Customer complaints and take corrective actions.
