- Generating 3D models, assemblies and 2D drawings including defining and documenting manufacturing information.- Assisting with the design and development of new components and solutions- Supporting senior group members with large mechanical / composite design projects- Close collaboration with internal and external manufacturing departments to ensure fully integrated designs that achieve optimal performance of various trailers- Design and drawing of supporting equipment such as jigs and fixtures- Ownership of components from design, through testing, to implementation on the trailer.- Creation of BOMs for various assemblies and updating them.

- Generating detailed drawings for all the parts, and sub-assemblies.- Creation of bill of material in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management)- Design and Development of body components by using CATIA V5.

At this Internship, I have learnt how airports deal with fire accidents and which processes they do follow in the prevention of fire. The equipment and techniques they use which is named Crash fire Tender(CFT).
