I set up and created the agile program and portfolio for a platform I was supporting that was an enterprise grade solution. My program at its peak consisted of 10 engineering teams with around 60 engineers in the mix. My primary job responsibilities involved tracking our business features and capability delivery across all of our teams and reporting out status to senior and executive leadership. It also consisted of continuously improving our delivery practices and ensuring our groups were moving as efficiently as possible. I lead PI planning ceremonies, including Pre plannings and readouts. I spearheaded efforts to improve our moderation and contribution practices to help streamline some of our other development efforts. Additionally I was a people leader for 4-5 agilists and helped guide them in their careers and growth, providing opportunities for them to own bigger initiatives to showcase their skills. I was our programs liaison for major cross cutting program initiatives in higher level forums. I completed all of these tasks while working fully remote and built a strong virtual team culture.

Systems integration and strategic consulting. I have held multiple assignments during my tenure with Vencore. Some of these have included:Enterprise Solution Implementation:- Lead the efforts in changing the organizations culture to prepare it for an enterprise solution.- Held multiple meetings with stakeholders to define multiple processes to implement within the Atlassian suite.- Lead the implementation and configuration efforts for the Atlassian Suite.- Began documenting best practices and training materials to support user transitions from previous systems to the new Atlassian applications. - Ran multiple training sessions for various levels of customers-Held daily scrum meetings with team to verify items completed from the previous day, items being worked that day and any potential road blocks.-Held multiple customer engagement meetings to inform of status and ensure needs were being met.-Launched system within production environment-Provided close support to early adapters to ensure a smooth and positive experienceRequirements Management:- Assisted in defining a customer facing requirements process to accommodate various business requests.- Attended and held multiple discussions to refine bottlenecks in the process to ensure user satisfaction. - Created a prototype of the system using SharePoint- Assisted in research and determine a better tool to use for the requirements process.- Briefed senior leaders on the results from the research and determined the Atlassian Suite would satisfy the requirements process as well as other enterprise issues occurringVerification and Validation Testing:- Created regression and functional test plans for various systems.- Executed Functional testing on mobile device platforms, primarily tablets, to test a custom developed application for full functionality without impact day to day operations- Underwent HP ALM training to help implement test automation within the organization.
