Main task and responsibilities: - Assist Senior Manager in manage sales pipeline - Managing e-commerce activity on local and International market places - Coordinating with local and International partner to ensure optimized visibility and sales of products - Promoting products and services on social media platform such as facebook, Youtube, Linked In to ensure market visibility - Participating workshops relevant to booting sales activity - Drafting contract and agreement with key partners and ensure conditions application - Manage online order from end to end finding the most suitable product and optimized delivery solution for the clients

Laos

Lead and manage agents to ensure cases submitted correctly and progressively and worked with Malaysian team to make sure Lao team follow SOPs in order to put menu contents online on the FoodPanda platform. Managed to oversee and QA the translation, language spelling, position of the words, menus and trained new staffs to understand the company's SOP and software system in order to make new staffs get familiar and comfortable to with the system. Familiar with Salesforce, Slack and other communication channel.
