1. Recruitment & Employer Branding- Build up resources for searching suitable candidates for Company's vacancies and make effective recruitment plan. Suggest and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YBox, Careerhub (RMIT)...)- Work closely with head of departments to analyze and understand knowledge of workforce within company- Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality - Organize and attend job fairs, seminars, and recruitment events to promote Company's branding - Initiate and implement Employer Branding program. both internally and externally 2. Employee Relation - Support HR team to improve current internal process and make the workplace environment better - Research and hold internal events to increase employee engagement - Prepare, support and join in Job Fair at university (RMIT, Ton Duc Thang,...) to increase Savills's employee branding.3. 1. Recruitment:- Looking for suitable candidate's profile on recruitment networks (searching potential CVs on Recruitment's agencies website and my own sources from Facebook, Linkedin, employees,...).- CoId calls interview to find qualified candidates.- Directly taking interview with candidates & setting up 2nd round interview to head of depts.- Build up the content of Savills’s social jobs posting, internship programs and post jobs on Facebook groups and Linkedin.- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.- Support other members in Recruitment team. Leading 2 junior staffs and 3 interns to carry out recruitment activities.2. HR Support:- Ensures smooth on/off boarding, transfer processes and orientation programs for new comers.- Gathers data and report as requested. Make sure the working rules are up-to-date.- Work closely with line managers in Career Development Discussion, Succession Planning.- Supports the Manager in developing and delivering HR initiatives- Counsels the HR team on the delivery of effective HR policies to the employees.- Supports the recruitment process.3. Employee Relation/Talent Engagement activities- Supports activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy: HR info day, Career days,...- Leads and coordinates associates online surveys.- Support to help identify, prevent, mitigate and resolve HR related issues.- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.4. Admin tasks:- Composing probation and labor contract for employees.- Administrate new offer letter's signing process.- Provide guideline in terms of company culture, policies, structure, required documents for newcomer.- Manage and update recruitment report to HR Director.- Make monthly recruitment website costing report.
