Since beginning my journey in 2002 as a certified Post-Basic Pharmacist’s Assistant, I have gathered over twenty years of rich experience across diverse pharmacy settings, including retail, hospital, courier, and adherence centre. This varied exposure has given me a broad skill set and a deep understanding of pharmacy operations.I have embraced various roles in my career, such as Quality Assurance in Data Migration, System Integration Testing, Resolving Claim Rejections, Dispensing Prescriptions, Call Centre Operations, Stock Management, Ordering Supplies, and Invoice Processing. My adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges have been key to my professional development.Working with the vast volumes of data created across these diverse business processes and pharmacy settings contributed to discovering the importance of accurate, easy-to-interpret summarised data sets.
