As the Founder of Meeko Health, a venture-backed startup, I led the charge to transform mental health care by bringing innovative first-to-market solutions, like ketamine-assisted therapy, to employers and their teams. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between traditional benefits and cutting-edge mental health options, empowering organizations to prioritize employee well-being with forward-thinking care solutions.I’ve honed my skills in navigating complex state and federal regulations, integrating clinical care, and building scalable systems. I’ve worked with ERISA counsel to develop health reimbursement accounts (HRAs), built third-party administrator (TPA) systems, and led clinical oversight to standardize nationwide treatment protocols. During this journey I became comfortable formally presenting to decision makers ranging from C-suite decision makers to the Pentagon.My major accomplishment on this project was navigating a complex emerging regulatory landscape with a clear 0 to 1 vision of what was required to build a successful solution.
