As the Founder of Meeko Health, a venture-backed startup, I led the charge to transform mental health care by bringing innovative first-to-market solutions, like ketamine-assisted therapy, to employers and their teams. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between traditional benefits and cutting-edge mental health options, empowering organizations to prioritize employee well-being with forward-thinking care solutions.I’ve honed my skills in navigating complex state and federal regulations, integrating clinical care, and building scalable systems. I’ve worked with ERISA counsel to develop health reimbursement accounts (HRAs), built third-party administrator (TPA) systems, and led clinical oversight to standardize nationwide treatment protocols. During this journey I became comfortable formally presenting to decision makers ranging from C-suite decision makers to the Pentagon.My major accomplishment on this project was navigating a complex emerging regulatory landscape with a clear 0 to 1 vision of what was required to build a successful solution. While focusing on founder-led sales, I successfully secured the first clinics in our provider network and first paying accounts while building a world-class team to support the company’s growth.

Intensive Care Unit | Medical-Surgical Unit- David Grant is the flagship medical treatment facility of the United States Air Force. This joint DOD-VA facility is responsible for providing care on a worldwide basis for Wounded Warriors traveling in the aeromedical evacuation system- Primary clinical pharmacist in ICU. Precepted residents while working closely with prescribers, patients, nurses and case management during multidisciplinary rounds- Clinical protocol development for renal dosing to optimize workflow while expanding pharmacist scope of practice- Attended clinical meetings to guide framework for Antimicrobial Stewardship Program implementation

Efficiently triaged tasks while processing high prescription volume, answering multi-line phone calls, advising patients on proper selection of over-the-counter products.
