I coordinate and conduct classes and activities for young English learners from ages 4-11. With a focus on gamification to encourage students to practice their speaking. I use a sheltered language environment to give confidence in a students speaking. From a start of 12 students we have now grown to over 200 students. We have a great retention rate.
