Pastry Cook
Current- Prepare a wide variety of Pastry and Bakery goods following standard recipes
- Research and Develop Pastry goods to meet Customer demand
- Report to Owner for any problems, failed production and any other faults on daily basis
- Consult production changes to Owner to satisfy both the Owner need and Customer
- Monitor weekly, monthly stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget
- Maintain the quality of ingredients and condition of equipment and devices used
