Dan represented a chapter 7 trustee in a defective steel supply case for a hydro-electric dam to obtain a jury verdict. Dan has represented state court receivers in several multi-million dollar cases.Creditors Committee Work. Dan represented the creditors committee in a $24 million shore based fish processing plant case. Dan confirmed a Plan of Reorganization. In the Pacific Escrow case, the President of the debtor embezzled over $1.2 million of trust funds anad loaned those monies to third parties.
