I am going into my Senior year at Point Loma Nazarene University as an Environmental Science Major. I am extremely interested in the crossovers seen in the natural sciences between biology and chemistry. I have completed two summer as a student research associate and continue my work into the semester as a research student and teaching assistant. I strive to find answers to questions presented by my professors and the students whom I assist in the teaching labs. I aspire to continue my education in the natural sciences at a PhD or Masters program to achieve my goal of becoming a college professor. My goals in life are: work with passion, overcome adversity, and inspire the next generation of scientists.
