I was responsible for leading a team of Specialised Administration Officers in the CTP Business Support Area. This involved dealing with escalated complaints from customers throughout Australia. I was also responsible for the hiring of new staff and the training and development of not only my own staff but also the staff throughout the NSW NRMA Branches in regards to CTP Insurance.

Reporting to the Manager of CTP Business Support, my role involved assessing and processing cancellations and refunds on CTP (Greenslips) according to current legislation. My role also inlcuded customer service - taking telephone enquiries and resolving complaints.
