I do this by ensuring a high standard of structured and engaging initial training and onboarding as well as ongoing coaching for high performance, which is something I am hugely passionate about.In addition, I’m a great believer of “always ask why!?” - if you don’t know why you are doing something - or doing something a certain way, you need to stop and ask “why?” and this is something I absolutely encourage in my teams - as it can only lead to improvement!At the heart of my passion for driving performance is a positive customer experience.
