I manage and complete the majority of the Phase 1's at PGL. I have completed over 2000 of them myself in the past 20 years. I work with lenders, realtors, business owners small and large, developers, architects, mortgage brokers and others who require environmental work. As a senior consultant I have seen all kinds of properties and all sorts of situations. I understand what is needed to make a loan or property transaction succeed and will go above and beyond to help you. I am more than happy to review other reports, give you an opinion or just talk about options. I provide clients with clear explanations and work with all parties involved to meet our clients needs.
