Rahul is currently working in the capacity of Project Manager and Product Custodian for Nestle’s HR Talent Management Practice. He is leading the entire team of SuccessFactors Onoarding, Talent Acquisition, Translation Services, Performance and Goal Management, Employee Development, Learning Management System and Training & Learning. IBM is the Master Vendor and they are also responsible to manage other vendor for supporting applications of these Products (Ex: CornerStone, Cross Knowledge, Linkedin, Teach on Mars, ISQe, Articulate, Kahoot, NovoEd, Circusstreet, Powtoon, VFair, SAP, Systran, Modern Hire, Paradox, Gloat etc). IBM is providing Global Support covering all the geographies in which Nestle existed. Rahul is leading both Support and Development teams globally. Rahul was supporting Global Consumer Goods & Service Industry for the Group. He was a part of Pre-Sales Team and his major responsibility was to research, collate & create knowledge assets which are mainly used by Sales teams. He was working closely with Engagement Teams in harvesting proposals, references, client stories, IPs etc. from the prior engagements to create re-usable data for the business.He was a single point of contact for the Sales teams across the globe who are targeting Consumer Goods & Services clientele.

Rahul was a part of Suzlon's Group IT Team and an Integral member of IT Transformation Project. Suzlon was undergoing a big change in which it was transforming its various legacy systems into SAP ECC. A Bangalore based IT company was roped in to develop SAP System. Rahul was working as a mediator between Suzlon's Manufacturing Business & IT firm.
