-Process customer order efficiently and accurately by provide the customer confirmation notification and communicate with customer-Perform order entry in system includes entering sales order, purchase order (to vendor), proforma invoice, good receipt, purchase invoice, packing list, delivery note, tax invoice including shipping documents according to customer's and shipping requirements with complete documents to ensure on time delivery-Responsible to liaise and working closely with 3rd party logistics service provider, freight forwarders, courier service, or warehouse personnel for both inbound and outbound deliveries arrangement-Provide standard information to customers and sales managers on request (e.g Product information, QA documents, conditions of sales, quotation, production planning)-Attend to customer complaint by understand details, log in and coordinate with internal toprovide resolution back to customer within the expected time frame
