- Coordinate with customers via telephone, Line, and email to report tool-related issues.- Develop smooth communication processes between technicians and customers.- Utilize the Express program to create the quotations and tax invoices.- Coordinate with oversea headquarters e.g. Japan and America for ordering spare parts.- Utilize the Label Editor program to create warranty stickers.- Use Excel program to prepare Delivery Order documents (DO).- Prepare shipping documents, including shipping invoices, packing lists, and claim sheets for tool repairs or claims abroad.

- Sell ticket to passenger and introduce various promotions.- Provide accurate travel information and guidance on ticket usage to passengers for a smooth journey.- Support and assist the station manager in case of emergencies.- Receive training in safety, first aid, and passenger service to instill confidence in every journey.
