After spending four years in South Korea studying computer science at KAIST, I got a chance to work with wonderful people at Lynx on many different projects across different industries, including telco, ISP, retail, etc. I manage to contribute to some of the most wonderful work and have a meaningful impact on our client's problems/struggles.As a member of the monetization team, I have implemented a strong machine learning based model to support customer campaigns, resulting in a significant increase in revenue. I developed and fine-tuned a powerful recommended/targeting model, which has enabled our customers to achieve greater revenue uplift.Furthermore, I successfully deployed the customer experience product, CHI- a pioneering tool that utilizes advanced data analytics to provide a comprehensive score on customer satisfaction with the services provider. Through extensive testing and evaluation based on metrics such as the probability of churn, incremental ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and NPS (Net Promoter Score), this product has helped top telecoms in Asia to identify key areas of improvement and raise their customer satisfaction scores by a significant margin.In addition, I have also led and implemented pricing optimization solutions for leading global retailers to scale/improve their current pricing recommendation model across different regions around the globe. As part of my achievements, I have successfully deployed innovative webapp solutions that provide easy access and easy to interpret the result for the business team (merchant team) to support their decision on pricing the product. My dynamic approach has enabled the team to scale across different continents and regions, including the US, Canada, and beyond. Overall, my performance has been informed by extensive feedback from merchant teams, which has helped me to consistently improve and optimize our solutions. My unique skills and diverse experience have enabled me to revolutionize monetization strategies, improving revenue and customer satisfaction for some of the world's biggest companies.
