Postmates is transforming the way local goods move around a city by enabling anyone to get any product delivered in under an hour. My objective was pretty simple: scale it up.Goaled on transformation and redefinition of the execution of Postmates. Succeeded in the hockey-stick: grew deliveries by 3X in just six months. - Hired a great new team of leaders and executives to rebuild all processes for Operations across the company- Completely reset the recruiting process to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Postmates onboarding by 2X, and scaled the team to twice its size to handle the huge growth in recruiting of Postmates throughout the fleet.- Hired a new leader and rewrote the Customer Service playbook, dramatically scaling up the team from 40+ to over 100 FTEs- Scaled Customer Service to include dozens of 1099 contractors that place orders from home while utilizing the Postmates platform to vet and pay them- Scaled the Postmates fleet 2X+ in all markets and improved quality, while reducing lost jobs dramatically across the board, yielding tremendous weekly growth- Redefined the launch process and launched four new markets - Dallas, Houston, Portland and Phoenix, while resetting Boston and the SF Peninsula and growing the team successfully- Partnered with Stride Health to offer our Postmates amazing access to health insurance via the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare)- Rolled out new pricing models, tipping models and Postmates engagement models while retaining the fleet and growing it - Successfully closed deals with Starbucks, Apple and Chipotle to launch delivery by Postmates in 2H 2015- Launched a great partnership with Vogue magazine to deliver magazines faster than the typical 8 weeks- Built a set of Operational dashboards using Chartio that provided visibility into every staff member's activities and the performance of the company

GPL is the entity through which all of Google's eMoney and payments flow for users in Europe and the UK. My role was that of governance and product lead to ensure that we protect users and comply with all applicable laws.

GPC is the regulated entity within Google through which all the payments for Google Play and Google Wallet flow through. My role was that of both product lead and also governance to make sure that GPC complies with all applicable laws and protects the user at all times.As CEO, led quarterly reviews of the product strategy to ensure compliance with and alignment to the charter of GPC and verified that all the financials made sense and were correctly accounted for.Personally met with the regulators to ensure that they understood the businesses of Google Payments Corporation and that they were comfortable that there was a real and competent governance and management team/process responsible for Google.

Lead PM at Google in the Payments organization looking after Product Management for everything from Google Wallet to Google's billing systems that power AdWords and AdSense. Leading a team of 40+ amazing PMs working cross functionally with hundreds of engineers.

Responsible for all areas of Product delivery at Yodlee. From design and user experience through product management and pricing to engineering and quality to professional services and deployments to ultimately payment and data operations. Hundreds of staff in multiple locations delivering advanced online banking solutions to the biggest banks in the world.I joined Yodlee as SVP of Engineering and set about to rebuild the platform and get it to launch. Yodlee had a great set of aggregation products and tools for high net worth individuals that was being offered to users through large financial institutions such as Bank of America, CitiSmithBarney, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity and others. By late 2005 after a very successful launch of Yodlee FundsTransfer (picked up by Scottrade and others), we organized a change in strategy away from the 1% to mainstream America. After a great demo at our annual conference in NYC in Q4, we spent two quarters and launched Yodlee MoneyCenter on July 4th 2006. It was a great transformative release that was then adopted and launched by Bank of America in November that year. Usage went through the roof and customers were thrilled with the amazing ability to manage their finances online. Taking over product management from that point forward we steered the team towards high growth and many successful launches with the biggest banks in the US, and then in the UK and Australia. In 2009 we expanded our services to a fully implemented BillPay service and launched with Ally Bank soon thereafter.Continually expanding the platform and opening up the APIs, we helped amazing sites like Mint.com launch and deliver great solutions to users. In 2010 we launched the Yodlee FinAppStore and Yodlee 10 and won both Best in Show at Finovate and also a patent for the great platform. Amazing companies have built on Yodlee's APIs including a full tax planning solution from H&R Block.

Joining as VP of Engineering, at Eizel, we quickly realized we were on to something exciting as mobile email was previously limited to Blackberry users and corporations with big budgets. We built a software solution that would allow a user to connect any WAP (it was 2002!) or SMS based phone to their corporate email and get everything they needed including access to the full internet through content repurposing.We took a small startup with 21 employees in Pittsburgh and watched as a whole division of Nokians around us as Nokia Enterprise Solutions was formed. The team itself expanded to Mountain View and Helsinki and we suddenly had global scale and enormous support. Our team worked on amazing phones as part of Nokia ES, like the Nokia 6820 and 6810 (flip open phones) and the series of phones that sort of looked like Blackberries (the E70, E71 and E72).
