After a few years spent selling heavy machinery for the oil exploration industry, I started my own training and consulting firm in 1990 and still run it to this day.We specialize in helping Retail teams or BtoB sales forces to upgrade their efficiency, and drive revenue growth. We are a small team, based in Paris, with a wide range of action: 3 continents and 19 countries so far, operating in 8 languages. I personnally deliver training in English, French, Italian and German. Our methodologies are evidence-based and rooted in extensive field observation: thorough retail customer experience analysis or ride-alongs with sales reps.
