After a few years spent selling heavy machinery for the oil exploration industry, I started my own training and consulting firm in 1990 and still run it to this day.We specialize in helping Retail teams or BtoB sales forces to upgrade their efficiency, and drive revenue growth. We are a small team, based in Paris, with a wide range of action: 3 continents and 19 countries so far, operating in 8 languages. I personnally deliver training in English, French, Italian and German. Our methodologies are evidence-based and rooted in extensive field observation: thorough retail customer experience analysis or ride-alongs with sales reps. This helps us to bring our trainees to self-convince themselves, rather than pushing them to believe what we say.We combine this with «unconventional common sense », as one of our customers puts it, making our methodologies organic, hence easy to comprehend.We strive to seamlessly integrate all the factors that will impact sales performance: talent acquisition strategy, sales methodologies, leadership, branding. We propose a customized mix to each of our clients.We also work with in-house academies, feeding them with fresh content and training their trainers.Looking back at the feedback notes that we receive, I came to the conclusion that the main difference that we make consists in helping people to see aspects of their job that had been kept hidden in a blind spot so far.
