I completed the most projects in the division history with 15 total projects in a Green Belt, Black Belt, and DFSS role for savings of over $3 million USD. I also worked with leadership on core projects such as strategy and product transfers, cooperated with lean initiatives to enable a lean Six Sigma environment, and worked as a manufacturing engineer on the most critical line in the facility implementing capital equipment and line improvements.

Prior to my time at Cummins Inc., I gained valuable experience as a Systems Engineer at Nissan Motor Manufacturing USA. I was responsible for Power Steering, Engine and Suspension components on several Nissan models, participated in model year changeovers including clay models and development trials, conducted supplier audits for approval, participated in Kaizen events in my areas of responsibility, and implemented an engine component in the new Nissan Engine Plant for approval and production.
